WHY GET AN ADVANCED OCT SCAN?
An OCT scan can help screen for sight threatening eye conditions earlier including;

HOW IS THE OCT SCAN DONE?
You will sit in front of the OCT machine and rest your head on a support to keep it motionless. The special laser scanning camera takes a high tech image of the eye. No drops are required.
WHO SHOULD HAVE AN OCT SCAN?
Anybody with blurred or deteriroating eyesight can benefit from the peace of mind an OCT scan can provide.
If you have medical conditions including Diabetes or high blood pressure, or if you have a family member with glaucoma or age related macular degeneration (ARMD), an OCT scan is recommended.
